The 5 or 7 day body cleanse is a detox, its formulated to remove toxins from the body and aid you in losing weight. This detox has infused fruit such as lemons and raspberry which are great antioxidants, it also includes apple cider vinegar which promote fat burning and weight loss, and lower blood sugar levels which helps reduce cravings. Also in this cleanse we add diet slimmer drops, and a mix of our organic herbs to help the cleanse process.
We recommend you drink at least 64 oz. of water each day with this cleanse and limit fried foods, alcoholic beverages, and sugars it has a power punch but being consistent is the key to your results.
This cleanse and be adjusted to fit you personally so if once you have completed your first 5 or 7 days you can access your results and see if we need to make changes. So those are the basic in this body cleanse.
