Refund policy

All of our products are either handmade or custom prepared just for you.

Due to the natural of the products we sale, all sales are FINAL no refunds or exchanges accepted.  

If the product you ordered cannot be produce due to unforeseen circumstances by us, we will issue a refund within 72hrs. 

PLEASE NOTE: ANY packages lost or late delivery from the postal carrier due to unforeseen circumstances on their part, is not the fault of our company.  We will provide assistance with tracking numbers and any other information we can to help you with locating your lost/or late delivery packages.  Please understand once package is pick up by the postal carrier, we no longer have possession of the package. We are not at fault if you the buyer provide us with an incorrect shipping address. We will ship to the address you provided at the time you place your order. Customer can file a claim with the postal carrier.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. We insure all of our packages.

We want to make sure everyone receives their packages in a timely manner and intact we asked that you be patience if we have to go through a claim process.  If at that time a refund should be issued, we will do so at that time, after the claim process is completed by the carrier.
