Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 Business days (excluding the weekend) to process your order and 2-5 Business days to receive your order after being shipped. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. Please exclude Holidays or any event out of our control. We are not responsible for wrong information you provide to us or the USPS handling of your package. We have included insurance on every package in the event they do damage your package. A claim must be filed with the USPS in the case of damage done in transit.  All packages are fully inspected and carefully secured before we ship them out.

FOR LOCAL PICK UP ONLY

Please allow 5 days for all pick up orders, you must provide a valid contact number and email address including in your notes during checkout.  If you cannot pick up on your schedule pick up day, please contact us within 24 hours to cancel. No refunds or exchanges for failure to pick up on schedule date and time.

Due to the nature of our products no refunds or exchanges accepted!
